Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any food items included in The Celebration Box. This policy ensures the highest standards of food safety and hygiene for all our customers.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be offered only under the following circumstances:

  • The box arrives damaged in a way that affects food quality or hygiene

  • There are issues with the food inside the box, such as quality concerns or missing items

All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
